FARMINGTON MISSOURI TO GAIN LUXURY ESTATE COMMUNITY Farmington, MO ………MC Development Company, LLC of Farmington, Missouri has finalized the land acquisitions necessary to create the upscale development. On Friday August 27, 2004, Ted Cassimatis and Dennis Mell, Managing Members of MC Development Company, LLC closed on the sale of the acreage formally known as Kocher Farm from Don and Mary Kocher. The property is located along Hillsboro Road across from the St. Francois Country Club. The sale was financed through Belgrade State Bank for an undisclosed sum.
